The Lake Hamilton Senior High and Junior High Cross Country teams travelled up Hwy. 7 North saturday to the Cyclone C.C. Lake Hamilton Head Cross Country Coach Karl Koonce had the following to say about the meet: It was a great day for cross country! The weather was good and the team atmosphere was great. I really enjoy watching our wolves compete hard and give it all they have. It is wonderful to watch our athletes improve their performances as a direct result of the work they put in. There were a lot of Wolves doing just that today at Russellville!
Also the parent support is great and the largest group I have ever seen here at Lake Hamilton. It means a lot to the athletes and the coaching staff. I know that some parents cannot be at all our meets.
If you have not made to one of our meets, I hope you will be able to attend some of the upcoming meets. I promise you will be entertained and will see a bunch of Wolf Pride being demonstrated at the meets during competition as well as before and after.
Proud to be a Wolf, Coach Karl Koonce
